AFM - Emmelyn is a great feeder and sleeper so I am really lucky.... I just hope she doesn't become the 'forgotten child' because she is so quiet and easy going so gets put down to sleep so we can play with Jett.
Jett is being great - he only started acknowledging E on Friday, but he has done lots of high-fives with her, kisses goodnight, waves bye-bye to her and yesterday as we were getting ready to go out she started screaming (a very rare occurrence) he gave her her dummy and rocked the capsule gently - way too cute! But like MM, still hasn't given her a cuddle so I too have no photos of the two of them together!
My recovery is slower than last time, but I'm ok. I think it is more because I have two kiddies now and c/s are never kind on the body. I just can't wait to drive again so I can get out and about, and take Jett to childcare myself. I kind of feel like I'm missing out on life by being housebound. Does that make sense?
I hope everyone else is doing well - I also look forward to hearing how everyone else is going!
Going to finish my Birth Story - Max is watching Hi-5 and Darcie has been asleep for the past 2 hours (and a bit) in her rocking swing thing....loving it!
DH went to work today and Mum is too so it's just us....I actually think Max is better behaved when DH isn't around.....strange but true!
OMG - how do people do this. I have one sick child screaming until she vomits and one whose screaming cause shes hungry even though she's being fed like every 30mins!! How on earth can she still be hungry!!!??? Please tell me this gets easier. This is my first full day on my own... its been very challenging to say the least.
