Megs - yeah, I'm starting to think about it more and more. Just playing out different scenarios in my head i guess...do I try to work a bit longer first, or do we just jump right in and try again - I mean, there's no guarantees it would even happen again for us - we have friends who had no dramas whatsoever with their first, but it took them 6 years and IVF to have their second.
I am at the stage where I guess if it happened right now I would be ok with it, but I'm not quite ready to start full on trying again. Does that make sense? When we first started talking about having a family we were thinking an age gap between 2 and 3 years (I know that's a big gap) would be nice. So if we wait a few more months we'll likely fit right in there. lol.
Pandora - My mum had a friend who had 3 boys, and they had finished trying for any more kids. Then a few years later she found out she was 17 weeks along with another bub (she was a bigger lady, and had always had irregular periods) and when she delivered bub at full term she found out it was the little girl she'd always dreamed of. But, having large babies is very stressful...I think I'm going to need some reconstruction done too...not to mention my poor bladder has some issues these days! lol.
