Im pretty lucky Miss Alissa has been sleeping through for weeks. We still have our nights thobut i cant somplain... plus she doesnt sleep much at all during the day I say that no while she's asleep
) lol
im so proud of myself, i was talking to my MIL about not geting anything doen anymore, she said to write a list and even if you dont get all the things done you will feel good about the things that i have got done. So last night before i went to bed i wrote a list of things i need to do/get/organise and i got most of the things doneive just been feeling so lazy and useless lately. and when im getting good sleeps with Miss A and i donothing else there is no reason for it. Im going to start exersing in the new year (yes i know i have been slack
) i also have only been doing my pelvic floor exersises properly (every morning and night) for the last week im just hopeing that i havent caused in permenant damage
anyway off to the IL's for teawhen DH comes home he always looks in our fridge and cupboards and asks me if ive eaten anything at all. i eat at their place alot
but they dont mind, they wouldnt invite me over there if they did i guess lol.
xx
Ok well a lot of posts since my last one! Hope everyone had a great and safe christmas
Mine was ok, sad but to be honest I just drank ALOT of wine and it seemed to get me through haha.
Lucy has been sleeping through for a few weeks. Goes down about 8-9pm wakes at around 4am for a feed then goes back down till about 9amWhich is amazing as Annabelle didn't sleep through till she was 12months and still wakes on occasion!
Stevie W- The list sounds like a great idea! But dont beat yourself up to much is things dont get done. A real routine prob wont start till Miss A is about 5-6monthsWhich is normal. And by the way you are FAR from useless your a mummy a very good attentive mummy
Rach75- What a great sleep Luke had! Hopefully he keeps it up! You poor thing feeling so tired after that mix! I wouldn't have even thought it would make a difference
Well Dp is playing golf and we stayed at mums last night because I really needed some laughs and all went well
Now Im chasing Annabelle around the house as she goes crazy. I dont allow any sugar really in her diet yet she's a NUTTER!
Hi everyone and Merry Christmas! Sounds like those that have posted had a reasonably good day. Mine was pretty good but full on as all of DH family has been here... 2 brothers, 2 sisters, partners, his mum & dad plus there are 2 kids and of course my little Leila. Most of them only stayed one or two nights but we still have his parents, one sister her husband and their 2 kids here so it is a very full, busy and noisy house! Leila is doing surprisingly well with all of the noise and stimulation. Everyone adores her so DH and I have to fight everyone else just to get a cuddle! Lucky I am breastfeeding so I still get plenty of time with my little girl.
Rach, hope you are feeling better and great news on the big sleep! Leila has been a really good sleeper for the past couple of weeks, usually going doing anywhere between 9-11pm and then sleeping for at least 6 hours straight but often 7 and once we got 8 1/2 hours! Makes a huge difference. Usually she wakes up between 4-6am for a feed so at that early hour I can go back to sleep again afterwards which is nice and keeps me sane!
Well I was mightly shocked today when AF arrived! Didn't think I'd see her for quite a while. I have PCOS and rarely get AF so I thought for sure while BF that I wouldn't have to worry about it. Guess I'll have to start on the mini pill that my dr gave me now![]()
