oh no!!!!! I just wrote the longest reply and it didn't post!!!!! grrrrrrrr
I'll re-write, but in brief so sorry for the quick replies.
Beema - wow, back at work - things must be going great guns for you, that's fantastic. How are you healing up after CS? (Glad you didn't move the washing machine!!)
Mini - sorry to hear b'feeding is a bit of a struggle. I am still a novice myself so have no advice sorry, but have you been in tuch with the ABA - maybe they can help? Have you met with your lactation consultant? Hopefully you are able to get some help, I can only imagine it is becoming quite time consuming and especially with two other DDs.
Retro - late night feeds can be quite lonely, you're not alone in the tears, I think it is a natural feelings, and our hormones are still all over the place too. Maybe sit DP dwn and have a chat with him about how much it would mean to you if he got up with you for one or two of the late night feeds.
Ali - sounds like you are coping really well, that is great that Kate is being so agreeable too! Sounds like a good plan to keep the routine and structure for the older two (and for you too!).
SPF, Sassy, JK and Triple J - hope you are all going well and enjoying your little ones and resting when possible.
AFM - well in my previous post that got lost I wrote a really long 'me' post which i couldn't be bothered writing again. I'll try and paraphase. Basically all is going well but I just keep second guessing myself and doubting myslf which is makng me a bit teary. I am also really looking forward to my 6 week check up with Ob as I have loads of questions, especiallyabout the birth and that we ended up wih an emerency cs. I love my Ob and trust him completely and know that he is very low intervention and very pro natural birth, so I wouldn't have had the cs unless it was absolutely necessary, but I think I just need to hear it again from him. When we talked about it in the hospital everything was still such a blur! It is silly that I am worrying about it, because until the birth I didn't mind either way (would have preferred natural) - just as long as Edward was safe. Maybe I have just had too much time to think! I have also been obsessing about thinking about a second child already (up until Edward was born DH and I were undecided if we would stop at one or keep going). Where as now I can't stop thinking about it and when the right time would be. I am thinking close together would be nice. Also want to chat to Ob about how long to wait in between. Any opinions on how long to wait would be greatly appreciated!!
Okay - so it ended up being a very long 'me' post - sorry! Overall i am so happy with Edward, and am really enjoying him and our time together, I just need to stop being my own worst enemy and have confidence in myself as a mother!
