HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY MAYA
Hope you both had/have wonderful birthday's and you get spoilt rotten!
Well we had Ava's big party on Saturday and then her little friends birthday yesterday so have been MIA for a couple of days.
Ava's party was HUGE but went down a treat, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and she was spoilt rotten, i mean i have NEVER seen so many toys etc in my life.
Have put some pics on facebook and am shattered as almost ALL the pics are of Ava opening presents, our camera followed us and i feel thats all i did all day.. well that and serve food.
So hoping other people got some of everyone there for the day, wish DP had of thought to grab the camera and take some pics for me
Am going to take a pic of all her toys n stuff today once she's in bed, i did that for her 1st x-mas so she will have an idea of what things are later in life as i wrote down who got her what.
will put a pic on FB of that later, you wont believe it.. think our family and friends must own the fisher price factory!
Hope everyone had a great w/end, am going to give Ava a bath soon then down for a nap while i try and finish up some more cleaning and sorting of her stuff, went and bought a big plastic tub from the reject shop yesterday so i can sort a few of her toys a bit better!
Have to put some in the sunroom/dining area and some in the lounge.. it really is insane.. oh the cake we got made for her was AMAZING... absolutely gorgeous. i was so pleased!

Avasmum - Looks like A's party went really well.
Tomorrow we are seeing the paed again for some of M's test results. So everyone cross your fingers. I know that M is healthy and happy and developing normally but the worry is that she was 4kgs when she was born and in one year has only put on just over 3 kgs and hasn't grown much physically. Anyway, I'm just glad someone is finally investigating!
What sippy/straw cups are everyone's bubba's using? I've tried M with the Mag Mag and she knows how to use it, both with sippy and straw heads, but doesn't drink much. I also tried the avent sippy teat and removed the valve the stops flow, so it just runs out. She does drink more from that but it's too fast. I think she needs something with fast flow. Any ideas?

Moi - Hey hun, V will have her checkup on Friday at the pead. So heres hoping for over the 6kg mark. I am glad Maya finally made it past the 7kg mark, it seems to drag on doesnt it? I am so glad finally someone is looking into why little Maya isnt gaining weight real well. GL for the test results. I have the appt with the dietician next week for little V too, not really looking forward to that one. So hopefully she will surprise them too. When are you having Maya's B'day, I am having V's on Saturday. I hope Maya has a wonderful time and wonderful weather too for her party.
