If you have a heat pack, try putting that on your boobie while expressing. Hot showers and warm heat packs seem to make me give more, so I'm hoping my theory is correct for you too.

We had another weigh in today with the maternal health nurse. Ava has gained again, and we are now 30g above her birth weight. So hubby and I are chuffed. She is such a wiggle pot and is getting so strong now!
