Sanchez - I hope you gave your DH a slap down for pointing out the tummy!! How insensitive! men, pfft sometimes they just don't think. I have a very supportive family all very close so i'm lucky... i think i'd be lost without my mum. She comes over for a couple of hours a couple of nights a week when DF is away to give me a break. Emily was drinking 125mls but is now on 160 - 180mls. I got a prescription for Motilium today to increase milk supply, hopefully it works! Sorry to hear about your crappy day, i get them sometimes too... especially when DF is away.

I'm doing this one handed whilst expressing so just a short one from me.... Emily has gained another 260gms in 8 days so although the expressing is exhausting at least i know it's paying off. i'm taking fenugreek and start motilium tomorrow... hopefully these make a difference and i can get a good storage of milk happening.

DF is home!!!!!!! yay! Just got back from picking him up; from the airport so I have him all to myself for a week before he goes back to work again This means i'll have more time to express and shower and eat lol. I start Lite n Easy next week and have started an exercise regime in my quest to lose 8 - 10kgs, wish me luck!
