Hi Girls,
Decided to pop in here to catch up on all your news after seeing Jodi's signature in another thread... realised that I missed out on so much news by not popping in! I think though that just reading Caddie's last post hit the nail on the head for me... I'm jealous :( It's very hard knowing that you won't have another one. And there's no need to start with the 'you'll meet someone else'... chances are very remote I'll have another one, I'm 40 next year. But on a positive, I have met someone else, and he is amazing... makes me feel like the most special person on earth, so what more could I ask for :) So life is great for me and Ains. We had some amazing family photos taken last week, they're on FB if anyone wants to check them out :)

Now as for all you girls... changing nicknames on here confused me no end, but think i have figured most out. AnnaT, congrats on trying to make a go of your marriage. Make sure you and Ry are supertight before TTC again... and good luck at uni! Meg... any advice on failed hearing tests, feel free to contact me. Good luck with the follow ups. Kell... so sorry to hear of the passing of your FIL. I know it doesn't make it any easier, but look at the wonderful years that Jesse and Keira had with him that were beyond what they originally thought. Helen, I'm sure T is just being cruisy and doing everything in her own time :) Vix... glad it was just gastro. It's amazing what little ears take in though isn't it. Rach... congrats on little Luke. Gorgeous :) Maz... good luck on your bum op! Chrissy... sounds like you are in cougar heaven with all those boys! And Nelle... thanks for your positiveness on here and FB... don't know how you always see the good in every situation, you are a gem :) Sorry if I forgot you... you are all in my thoughts and I love seeing pics of your kids on FB. I'm catching up with Anna and Xander soon.... oh yes, that's right, i'm also laid up. I had a full knee reconstruction on tuesday hence the fact I have had time to cruise the net again. I am so lucky I have so many amazing friends to help me with Ainsleigh as unfortunately Sam has not been stepping up to the plate in the Dad stakes.

Give all your babies a big cuddle from me.... oh, that's right, they're not babies anymore! Give all your three year old attitude monsters a big cuddle from me, and all the little brothers and sisters too.

Hey Meg, sorry to hear about J's test. We're booked in for one on Jan 21, so will be interesting to see what happens there. On the speech waiting list, which could be 6 months if we're unlucky, though they've put on the notes that we've already been waiting for 4.

I hope speech therapy is sooner rather than later though - Riv is driving me nuts these days, gets really frustrated that I can't understand him. He is learning new words, but progress seems so slow when you live with them.

How are you going with two kids on your own Rach? All you need to do is keep them fed. Anything more is a bonus. :)

Nelle getting there, if I wasn't trying to pump and didn't have mojor fluid retention issues I think I would be AOK :lol:

Rikki - I am so glad to hear you've found some special in your life. Ains is absolutely gorgeous! Rest up & taking it easy with recovery. Thanks so much for your email as well.

Rikki - very happy you have a lovely new man in your life, that is great news :clap: speedy recovery to you for your knee, great to have wonderful friends who can help you out with Ains.

AnnaT - Huge congratulations to you on getting into uni, fantastic!! I started my degree when I was 25 and finished last year - what a feeling!! You will do awesome.

Meg - great that Mr J is loving his little sister, aren't they funny things, Rylee's nose was so out of joint but now she loves her little brother, and it just gets better and better. I hope you get some answers from the paed and they will steer you in the right direction as to what to do next for Mr J, good luck.

Mrs T - I have seen your pics of your new home on FB - how cool - you will be loving it when you are all moved in.

Vix - hope your family are all on the road to recovery after the gastro bug, once again there are some shocker bugs going around, yeuch. Great your little man is starting to eat again.

Caddie - great your parents are back and can entertain the girls a bit. Hugs to you.

me - we are all fine, my kids are happy so that is all that matters to me. :)

Rikki- Great to hear from you, I don't think I knew that you'd parted from your hubby, good to hear you've found a special someone. Ainsleigh is looking gorgeous. Hope you recover from that knee soon. Tell Anna to pop in here too and give us an update.

Nelle- I was thinking (if you haven't already) you could also use some sign language with words, may help him if he gets frustrated if he knows some simple signs he could use to let you know what he wants. Hopefully they will move you up the list seeing as you've waited so long already.

Meg- hopefully you can get some good answers from the paed, so J's behaviour has settled down?

MrsT- the house pics on FB look great. How exciting!

Ash been annoying lately, deliberately annoying Emily. So all day all I hear is Emily grizzling and me repeating myself, she'll hold her legs when she is trying to crawl, put things on top of her, block her way all these little things, I try give Ash attention but between doing everything else that needs doing its not always possible.

oh Shell, you have described life around here to a T with Ash annoying Emily.....Rylee has just been extremely trying, argh, I go into the kitchen to get dinner ready, then Finny starts crying so stop what I am doing and see Rylee sitting on him....blah blah blah, and then I get cranky and yell and I hate being a cranky mum, I really, really do and then Rylee gets upset and then I feel like crapola, so I guess after that rant what I am trying to say is I am with you, let me know if come up with some good strategies because I am at my wits end....thank goodness DH is back next weekend!

Good in a way to see its not just me, not good really, its same here I go to get dressed or toilet and Emily is whinging. My thing at the moment is using the santa is watching you thing cause she is right into xmas at the moment. I have too started trying the whole ignoring Ash and not telling her off but picking up Emily and giving her cuddles and kisses asking if she is ok putting all the attention on her rather than on Ash's behaviour, I hope it works!

Another sibling-harrassing-baby situation here too! Except poor Stellan has it two fold :( He crawls so he has a small chance of escape but usually I find Jett getting overzealous in trying to play with him and lying in his way or trying to push him faster; but Ripley is the nasty one, he sits on his back and bounces up and down like he's a horse, or he drags him around by his legs, or tries to dump him headfirst into the ground, poke his eye out, lock him in the cupboard............the list goes on and on. I feel sorry for the poor tacker.

Rikki - good luck with your recovery! Ains is just gorgeous, what a beauty, gonna be beating the boys off with a stick soon ;)

LOL about all the sibling stories.. my girls are the same but most of the time its not being mean. its teleah trying to hard to be nice that she is in their face all the time and it drives the other two mad. But we do have the nastiness too.. they can be very spiteful sometimes these girls


So is anyone else putting off putting up there xmas tree or is it just me? Every since i had the christmas bauble eating episode with Annika two years ago i avoid putting it up til about two weeks before christmas and that means the kids only have two weeks to distroy it for.

I haven't hada chance to read the posts, but I wanted to update on where we are at in regard to the paed appt. Went today. she reall \y listened to all of my concerns. So from here:

He has to have a blood test for coeliac and thyroid problems. Coeliac just because he is having the thryroid test and she thought she may as well do it seeing MIL has coeliac. The thyroid test is because he had surgery when he was 18 months to have a discharging sinus clipped. Apparently thhe thyroid and the sinus can be related. (I have thyroid problems)

he is going to see an opthamologist to check his eyes.

He definitely has a hearing issues, and the fluid in one ear is quite bad. She wants to review again in february.

He has a referral to the early itervention centre nearby as I have said how anxious and worried that I am that he is not reaching milestones as early as his peers.

I still have this terrible fear that he might have a developmental delay, although she seems to think that if he did, it would be not very significant. She noted that he is a "very active" little boy, and might just need activities that can cater to this.

He will also continue with speech therapy that has already made a huge difference in theshort time we have been going.

And - he was so good that he got to choose a new batman figurine at the shops. He was VERY happy with that

Meg- do you think the delay in reaching milestones could be due to the poor hearing? What do they do to sort out the fluid? Is it a long wait for early intervention? Do you feel a bit more relieved now you have been to see the paed? I'm asking you so many questions!

Ness- mine is up already! Lol I couldn't wait any longer, we're at ok ages this year, Ash is fine and Emily isn't walking or standing so she can't reach up to the decos.

A quick question for those who don't use child care do you worry that your child isn't getting enough interaction with other kids? Ash will go 1 day week next year, (if a spot ever comes up) but I worry these days she spends too much time with me and not enough with other kids.

Meg - thanks for keeping us updated - I'm glad you got to see the paed and talk about your concerns. Sounds like J will be just fine in the end hey. :hug:

Shell, I sometimes do now that we've moved, back where we were we had church and playgroup and other friends. Here I have BB friends, but not settled into a playgroup or church properly yet. But I figure we'll get there. It is something I need to stay pro-active about, it's so good for them to hang out with other kids. I love watching the way they react to each other.

Mostly good here, Riv had a temp on the weekend and was exhausted, sleeping all the time, but I got him to drink, he cried a lot on Monday and pointed to his throat, so took him to the doc who said mild viral throat infection just wait it out, then this morning spots appeared on his face, neck and upper body. :o Took him to the doc who figured if it was measles then it'd be lower on his torso as well and thought it was an allergic reaction and so prescribed an anti-histamine. So we'll see how he is in the morning! Can't think what he's reacted to - unless - I gave him some children's panadol the night before the spots, but not the colourless one - could it be the colouring? I'm stumped otherwise...
And who knows what the deal was with the fever, exhaustion and sore throat...guess I'll watch and wait. Bit annoyed though, cos just in case I've been keeping away from people with kids, and so I've had to miss a few things already! Feel like we're in isolation. So hoping he wakes up spotless so we can go out tomorrow.

shell i get asked this question all the time and even if i thought yes we donr have a choice due to only one cc here that only operates 1/2 days :lol: but i digress no i dont before luke we were going to craft 2 times a week and playgroup maybe once every 3 weeks as of next week hopefully back to craft and there is only 3 more playgroups before break up

Meg, - glad that J is having tests done and steps are being taken to help him, that's good news hun!

Shell - playgroups are great to take the kids too, we go to a lovely one here, have been going since Rylee was 18 months, initially I went more for me as we had just moved from South Africa so I could meet other Mums and bubs, but if you look on the Playgroups victoria website it will give you contact numbers.

Nelle - poor Riv, I know what you mean about being isolated, it is hard when your kids are sick, guess you can still go for walks, etc.

Well poor Finn is sick here, just a yucky cold, croaky voice and cranky, so will see how we go today.

Meg - Im so happy you went to the pead and got such a great out come hon. Im tending to agree with Shell that his hearing might be affecting his mild stones ect....and you know what, when he's 8 these stupid mile stones are going to me diddly squat. Your doing such an awesome job hon, never forget that.

Shell - we dont do DC or CC here. We went to a play group for a while but it sort of disolved cause there were 2 mums there that sat on their butt's while their kids terrorised the little ones and did nothing at all. I only had N is DC when he was 18 months for a while and didnt like it. We dont get out much and honestly...its good to have that bond with your kids while they are little. Before you know it their at kinder and at school and you'll miss these times and days with them.

Freya ;) - I totally love your name change :) and good on you for doing something for YOU!!!! Jsut cause your a mum doesnt mean you cant do it. Your very inspiring!

Laurin - oh no, im so sorry to hear that Finn is sick. Are you still in Mt Eliza? We were ment to come down this weekend but W is really bad with his anxiety and ive got shingles and Its really something I dont want to share around IFYWKIM....Is your hubby back oversea's?

Rach - I gotta say that little guy of yours is just so dame gorgeous. I recieved an email the other day from you and had a huge smile on my face...I missed the Jack ones

Hello everyone Ive missed....another warm sticky day here today...the joys.
Im waiting for the dame hospital to send me a date for my op....I have to have a cyst from my bowel removed. Im so over it! 6 months of no control is giving me the willies.
Vy stil has a dummy...ive given up...even told her if she gives it up Santa might give her the dora laptop (friggen dora) she so wants but NOOOOOOOOOO. Mateauz is good....although im wondering to what degree his brain damage is as he still isnt speaking much and his comprension of things doesnt click in striaght away. He LOVES to draw...on paper, on my books, on my sewing machine, on the walls..on the CAR :o

Thanks for the replies. Yes - the social and gross/fine motor stuff are most likely to do with the ears. But he still has a "full on" personality (just the same as his dad and he turned out fine :) )

Maz - Sux about having to wait so long for the op. Hopefully soon. You sound a bit stressed. I hope everything is ok.

Nelle - Did you move far enough that you had to change church? How do you find that? I ask as you seemed really close to your church group/friends.

Shell - J is going to go the CC one day a week next year. He is currently one day a week at family day care, but as he didn't get in to 3 year old kinder, I am sending him to the child care centre. we go to playgroup, but not all the time. He loves it. It is quite structured, with free play, snack, story time and craft, so he really enjoys that, and there are about 4 boys that are all the same age, and they have a blast.

Laurin - I hope Finn gets better soon.

Ness- you must be mega fit by now with all your grym sessions. I have been reading your updates on facebook.

Jodi - I can't remember if I said congrats - so CONGRATS.

Rach - hope you are settling in with your new little one.

Yeah we do have to change church - it is a bit sad because I have grown up with so many of those people. But we had started to feel ready to move on; we still loved our church but felt a peace about going somewhere else.
Anyway, we're still sort of thinking about where we'll go up here, the one church we've mostly been to is really friendly so that's nice. I'm sure that as time passes we'll make new friends and connections and hopefully one day our church will feel like family again!

Muffins just out of the oven, they don't have any sugar in them, just honey, so they probably are healthy. Which I will ruin by covering them in some sort of sugary icing. :p

Just wanted to pop in and say thank you to those for your thoughts regarding my FIL. His funeral was what he deserved, full Police Honours. We collect his ashes on Saturday.

Lilimi- yes I like to think I am mega fit, I am also really proud of myself. Since leaving my exH i have managed to lose 25kg and am now a size 10. I have never been a size 10 since i was about 14yrs old. Hope J is improving for you hun


As for me.. I have been judged alot for a few things that have been going on in my life by my real life friends but I am happy. My exbf breaking up with me was the best thing that could ever happen. Because the guy who i was seeing before him (who i was so so hung up on but he wasnt ready to commit) he had stuck around the whole time through exbf and has been working so hard to prove he is ready for everything now. man i really need to get the whole story out... its long and confusing but anyway things are great, im being treated like a princess and so are the girls

Ness- wow 25kg! You must be feeling fantastic! Good on you, I so need motivation to tone up I keep complaining bout parts of me but never do anything about it. Glad you found your prince, sounds like a story that should be made into a movie!

Kell- Do you have plans where to scatter the ashes? How did Jesse go, does he understand? Its hard when they're that age, Ash just knows papa has gone to live in the sky and he isn't sick anymore now he lives there.

Nelle- I'm sure once everyone really gets to know you there they'll all love you! Does the church have a playgroup? Hope River picks up, I hate rashes and temps! Its so hard to work out the prob, I remember couple years ago Ash got this blotchy rash all over her and got all puffy and swollen she was fine but we still have no clue what caused it.

Meg- get him involved in lots sports to burn all the energy off, or send him to run circles in the backyard lol. Keep us updated with everything.

Maz- thats crap you've waited so long, guess they're not counting it as important but its affecting your life. Hope you don't have to wait much longer. How big is the cyst?
I remember when my cousin wouldn't give up his dummy and my aunty threw them out and told him the stray cats that were hanging around took them all and he actually reacted alot better than she thought.
Hopefully Mateauz won't have much problem, maybe just taking his time, esp with the talking having all those brothers and sister to talk for him.

Thanks for all the replies, made me feel alot better, we see a regular friend once week (she has 19mth old) and I go to a mothers group weekly usually and gymbaroo so guess not too bad. I just stress cause she can get shy and very attached to me. More so now cause I've been on mat leave all year she is grown used to having me all the time.

Emily is unwell, very runny nose, been waking constantly so tired now!

here is my story be warned its kinda long My Story

Shell.. Thank you for asking. FIL told us he wanted his ashes scattered in the Yarramundi River (part of the Hawkesbury River where we live) so everyone cold drink him lol. So thats what we are going to do. It will just be family.. MIL, Grahame and I. Grahame wants to keep some with us though somewhere. Whether we plant a tree and put them with the tree or a girlfriend suggested in the back of a nice photo frame with a picture of him. He just wants to have him still physically somewhere he can visit iykwim. My wonderufl girlfriend minded Jesse and Keira during the funeral. We just didnt think it was a place for them to be. It was very very sad. Grahames told him he is in heaven also with the angels. He kinda didnt understand it but when i said he was in the sky, he did. When Michael Jackson died, i didnt even mension to him that that had happened and then one day when we were driving he said to me, Michael Jackson, i said where, he said in the sky, i said whats he doing, he said hes dancing. So when i told him grandpa is now in the sky, he just got it. He was very scared of FIL towards the end. He didnt look the same person and the oxygen mask scared him. Sadly Jesse wouldnt go near him. Im actually now wondering if the reason he is scared of doctors is because of what happened to FIL. DH has an in grown finger nail and we were saying last night he'll have to go to the doctor for it because its really bad. Well Jesse said no no he cant, no mask. So thats kinda made me think hmmm! I wonder. Jesse really has something special about him, he knows things, before they happen and things we havent even told him. He's scared of hospitals, my grandma's hostel, anywhere where people may have been who were old or sick ... weather people believe in that or not.. i do. I just hope one day he can see the good in it. Does Ash ever ask about him anymore?

Kell- We did the same, scattered the ashes but kept some, atm they're still in a pretty box, don't know what Df wants to do with them. We scattered him at the beach. Ash was the same as Jesse, didn't want to go near him at the hospital cause it wasn't the same 'papa' to her anymore which was sad in a way cause he adored her. She still talks about him but not sure really that she remembers him so well. She more comments to say papa in sky and today with the thunder that he was making noises. She does mention tho the photos at the funeral, they had a slide show and whenever we drive past the funeral place she says we went there and saw photos and she goes on to say papa not sick anymore in photos he's better. I think kids like to have an idea that someone is somewhere even tho they can't see them, she knows God and Jesus are looking after him.

Shell.. oh thats kinda nice to know Ash has been similar. We felt sad also for FIL as he just adored his grandkids. Im so glad at least Keira gave him plenty of cuddles for them both. I do wonder how long he will remember for. If Keira hears the word Grandpa she will say pa pa which is what she called him. Yeh i agree. For the first while he kept saying Grandpas in hospital and we were saying no remember hes in the sky now. And he'd say yeh thats right silly jesse. Ah well, we'll see how we go. We use to see FIL several times a week so i do hope he remembers a little for a long time. Thanks for your thoughts hun. xx

Nina is soooooooooo excited about Santa coming. She understands the religion side of it, plus the whole santa giving side as well. She knows she has to be a good girl to get a present from Santa. She's written Santa a letter, and Santa sent her a letter this week letting her know that it's almost Christmas time. She was so excited to get the letter. In the letter, she asked Santa for a bike. And just between you and me, I think Santa will be bringing her one too :shhh:

Lol, Riv has no idea about Santa. :p He does quite like the Christmas tree though. Spends a bit of time playing near it, and sometimes when we sit and talk about it, he'll point at it and go 'Whoooa'! :lol:
Got a call from the speech therapy place where we used to live to say it's time for our appt over there...well, not much use to us now! Silly waiting lists......hopefully it won't be too far into the new year hey.
We're thinking about a bike too Jodes, R reckons Riv would go really well with one. Bit stuck for Si though, he's got all Riv's old toys and quite likes them!

Nelle- Could you go there for speech appts and use them til appts come up in your area?

Yeah we're excited here too with Santa, its quite good to use too when she is misbehaving, just a gentle reminder that santa is watching, we bought a cubby off e-bay for her, its hiding out at a mates place so xmas eve will be fun of putting the bloody thing together.

We're hoping to get santa photos done today, we'll see if it works or not! so far last 2 years were me in in last year with Ash on my lap and year before Ash screaming and not going anywhere near him. This year I think she'll be better but will now have to see what Emily is like.

I would go Nelle hon....sounds like he really need's them and im pretty sure you can gt a referral...and if not atleast he's getting help until you can see a ST in your area. You dont want to wait until he's in Kinder like I did with W..to hard and to much going on. :hug: chicky

Shell - Vy likes santa from a distance...OMG she went balistic last year when I went to move....I dont even want to try the santa photo this year.....knowing my luck M will pull his beard, slap him or talk his ear off :rolleye: I cant shut the kid up. Woo hoo on the cubby to....Vy is really into our's now. I will be thinking of you guys putting it together whilst we're putting together friggen bikes :doh:

Logistically it'd be a pain to drive for speech therapy, Lilydale's quite away off the main highways so it'd take at least 45-50min to get there. The speech therapy place here apparently have on their notes that I've waited, but the old speech therapy place said to call them and make sure they definitely know that we've been waiting, and for how long, so I might do that, so they know we've been waiting since July. I'd prefer to have the appt after the hearing test anyway, and that's late Jan.
My sister's best friend from highschool is a speech therapist and says I'm doing all the right things. He is saying new words all the time though.

Good luck with that cubby Shell. :p I went shopping this morning for some stocking stuff (read: big stuff that will take up lots of room :lol:). I'm going to make their stockings too, instead of buying a big santa sack - I don't want to set a super high standard that I have to try to match every year!

Is everyone struggling to find things to buy that won't just add to the junk that gets strewn across the floor?? There are so many things that I think 'ohh he'd like that' and then I realise he'd like it for a day and then it'd just end up as more toys they're bored of. Hence the smaller stockings that I'll put Thomas stuff in, and matchbox cars and bubbles. And bananas, they love bananas. :lol:

OH! And while I'm on the subject of Thomas...are there 3 different types of track now? There seems to be wooden track (what we get), then 'Takealong' track and then 'Trackmaster' track?? What's with that?? Are they trying to change over from wood to plastic? So annoying, because none of them fit into each other. What are they thinking? :dunno:

Nelle- you should start a thread on that! I am so confused with Thomas, found all this cheap stuff and had no idea if it would match with ours, we have some blue plastic and some grey but both connect different and one is really old.
And yes so hard to buy to avoid more crap hanging around. I've been thinking same thing!
I hope you get into speechie in yr area soon, keep calling regularly thats usually best way to get things moving but not annoyingly too much!

Santa improved again this year, I didn't have to go in the pic but she sat next to him very stiffly and wouldn't smile, not comfortable at all, didn't push it just accepted unsmiling shot, Emily was just facinated with him, we had to keep trying to get her attention to the camera.

Not even attempting santa pics this year, I know two of the three will scream their little nuts off :lol: I need to get around to dodgying something up at home and picking the best time of day to get them to all sit still for a nice pic.

As for presents; they will be getting minimal giftage while we are over at the inlaws because I do not want to lug a suitcase just of presents home again. So everyone has been told to gift $$$$, giftcards, DVDs or pj's. We've explained to Jett that Santa will stop by Daddys house too and leave the rest of the presents there til we get back, and he'll leave some small ones at Nanna and Grandy's. And that Rip will get birthday presents too. They arent getting too much this year. I just have to get the inlaws presents sorted out and I want to grab Jett a kids shockproof digi camera then we're done.

Just quickly - Nelle if you can I would take the appt before the hearing test. We did. And regardless on the hearing test results they will get working on it!!
J improved in a matter of 2 weeks,. His hearing is not the best though.

had his eye test. All went well. The reason for the eye test is that he has a lazy eye, but his vision is good so they are not doing anything about hte lazy eye atm.

Not sure if i will get santa pics this year, caity saw santa on thursday, and did not want to go anywhere near him, so see what happens next time we are at the shops, we put our chrissy tree up yesterday and our lights as well, and i took the kids for a big walk last night around the streets to look at the lights, there are a couple of houses up the road that are unreal, so it was a fun night, but had to walk up so many bloody hills with 2 dogs and a pram.
I have bought caity and liam a trampoline this year, and have convinced my mate lyndon(craigs best mate) to come on xmas eve and put it up with me, mind you we just have to remember not to drink to much..lol..also have bought a small toy each, books and clothes for them, as for my big kids, they are getting spoilt this year, i have spend around $230 each on them, clothes, ipods, nintento ds, cricket gear.....good xmas is a rip off, i have worked out i have spent $1500 on presents for my kids this year( i dont usually spend that amount) and we are going to the gold coast in january for 10 days, doing the theme parks for them all, so cant wait to get away from it all.

As for me, been having a bit of a mental moment this week( and i thank maz for listening to all my sh#t good and bad ) got myself involved with this guy at the pub where i work, he is a **** head, but a nice one, not anything serious, but we have a great time together, and im about to quit my job, as all the specualtion around me and him, and the whispers, its like im back at school.

we have his first year and thats it, he will wave gets very excited then when its time he freaks and says "I'm too busy mum, to busy to have a picture" :rofl: oh well we have tried 5 times now when we have been in town so gave up and got one of Luke yesterday :) he wont even let me hop in pic with him he is hell bent on no picture with santa

ETA I so have to stop buying Jack pressies he is way way to spoilt this year :lol: he is getting a tramp, a 6volt ride on go kart, and about a dozen other things :lol: santa is bringing him some cars and a ITNG wash cloth and blow up chair, poor Luke is pretty hard done by this year, but what do you get a 9 weeks old realy

SHell - extremely jealous that you got the picture done. Vy was geared up yesterday when we went to Harvey Normal at 3 to be told Santa finishes at 1 :doh:

Nelle - I heard that the take along thomas was being fazzed out. Im glad we have only stuck to the wooden set when we bought them for N when he was little....M is playing with them now so it was money well spent. Ebay is fantastic for getting some thing's cheaper in the TTT too ;)

Anna - have to say it woman....well done on going back and studying...how long will it be all up that you have to go back for? I gather that number 4 is on the back burner now :lol:

My kids had St NIkolaus last night....so are in good spirits with their little pressies and no coal in their shoes. Chirstmas tree was set up saturday night and the lounge decorated. V and M think its great cause I have this little chirstmas village with the lights that work and little people, so their there playing with the little people, putting them around the setting ect, Although there seem's to have been a population growth and some lego me have invaded lol.
Reindeer horn's are on my car and the look's people give you for them hahahahahha. Wait until I drive to Melbourne in a few weeks with my santa hat on and AC DC blairing hahahahha
