Shell yeah its all soughted rikki is going to make one for Luke as well, I kept thinking her name and then cause she has been away she wasn't popping up on my FB page so I forgot about her
Nelle its bloody freezing here today well its 20c overcast drizzly and cold cold ... considering it was 36c in my house on sunday 20c is freezing brrrrrrrrrr
Nelle- not freezing here but fresh and just fresh enough i never want to crawl out from under my covers
Jodie- congrats hun!!!
Shell- shes married to Brain lake, they were the ones who had all the contraversy over the inductions last year for their daughter cause of the finals and WB being in them. I highly doubt will get to hang out with the players, due to such strict game recovery guidelines for the guys.. would be nice though and well you never know... dont think we would be invited down to the change rooms in my crows colours ROFL!!!
I could have done it rach! Kara does a great job anyways though!
Congrats jodi! How exciting for you and your family with these bubs. Im so jelous. Cant see any round my way for a long time.lol
And yes party pooper i wanted to see the name too but i suppose u have to keep some secrets.
Laurin.. how have u been? Have you had anyone help or visit??
Just come back from the sunshine coast! I love some of the areas over there! I could live there.. But aaron i think has settle here for the long haul. My back didnt hurt as much over there so i think my arthritic back enjoyed the warmth!
Starting WW again tonight. I have popped on a lot of weight. Im hoping by chrissy i can be at least trim!
J had his surgery yesterday. He is pretty miserable. Home now, but won't eat or drink and is now petrified of taking panadol as he thinks that we are trying to knock him out again!
Ohhh poor little J. I was thinking of him today Meg. How are you coping? I hope he recovers soon. Is there a fun food you can get him started on? Icypoles, icecream, yoghurt, chocolate milk...
Second hearing test today, nothing wrong with Riv's hearing as far as they can tell, so while it's good to have that crossed off the list, part of me is like 'darn' because while fixing hearing with grommets sucks, I guess I was hoping for 'here's the issue, but we can fix it'. Now it's just more speech, paed, and hard work. He is doing really well though, always making progress. Next speech appt Friday, and we're on the OT waiting list. He's such a fun kid though.
Ness you must be so excited! I hope you have a great time - If I can make it at the last minute I'll let you know - but I couldn't even afford to go to Spotlight today, and if I can't afford Spotlight, you know things are baaaaaad.
Lilima - been away so I know this is late, I hope J is feeling better now...Jack was the same after his op for a few days scared of the medicine etc, but he is fine now and barely remembers it...so hope you J is the same :hugs:
Rach thanks for your reply. It has been 3 weeks now since the op and he is still not really himself. He wet his pants today. Not like him. Today he has been bouncing off the walls - my mum gave him some chocolate cake yesterday - that would be what has him bouncing....
i am unwell, In fact, now i htink about it, I have been unwell for about 2 months now, but yest had a raging temp and slept for 15 hours. I have problems with my thyroid. I think it is time I went back to the DR. I know they will want to take it out, but I don't want to be on thyroxine for the rest of my life.
Kids are OK. E is still waking a bit in the night, but generally I jsut ignore her.
was fantastic Maz about the right length the boys did great, well Luke decided 3-4 am was agreat time to wake and cry and when you in a tent in a van park its hard to keep him quiet but other than that was great be posting pics on FB in next few days
cant wait to see them Rach. So good to hear that you had a great time. I cant wait to start camping....we always put it off because of Wilhelm but I think we would be safe with him now not freaking out
Meg- I think you'd better go to the Dr, even if you do have to take it out it'll prolly be better than feeling crappy constantly. Hopefully J will settle soon, is he at least eating/ drinking ok again? Ash has been having accidents too of late, I don't get why she been TT for over a year but all of a sudden like evry second day she is peeing on the toilet floor, saying she didnt make it in time then I wonder if its deliberate or not.
Rach- Glad the holiday wewnt well. Youre quite game taking 2 young kids camping, I can't even take myself! Lol.
Maz- Oh god, don't remind me of how old our babies are getting! It already stresses me thinking of her going to school and I won't be there to protect her, ahh the wide world is scary I like babies who are by my side all the time.
Nelle- Df's nephew is 6 now and been going to speech for years and has now caught up to the other kids, so their is light, just takes time. How is S with his speech?
*echo echo*
how is everyone...can you believe we've all 'know' each other for 4 1/2 years already were has the time gone!!!
We've decided this year that we'll have a birthdya party for mini me. She's never had one and now that she has her own friends from kinder we'd thought a dress up party would be cool. We'd have it at home becuase we have our own jumping castle....just have to keep the other kids out of their rooms.. child gate needed for hallway.
Need idea's for a cake....what have others done?
anyway enough dribble from me...must take 2 boys to school and change someones bum before hand
I know Maz so hard to beleive they will be 4 soon
as for bday cakes I know you aren't real traditional but the womans day cake booksare fantastic V will love having a party we had one for jacks 1st and 3rd this year will be a quiet one with a few little friends for a morning tea but next year when he is at kindy I will go all out again
