Arte, I'm so relieved to hear that things have been a bit easier for you the past few days. That's funny about him picking what he wants to wear. Maybe that was the key all along? A will crack it bigtime if you do something for him and he wants to do it, so maybe you can try letting him do more? He is such a precocious little boy I'm sure he would love the chance.
G, I dunno. ADD kids really are different to kids that are just constantly on the go. Maybe you could try cutting some preservatives and fruit (because there are a lot of natural preservatives in fruit that will set them off too) and see if that makes a difference to him? I'm sure she was well intentioned though just as I'm sure that you wont be a mum in denial. Your a teacher, you've seen kids with ADD/ADHD probably so what is your gut feeling?
MD, LOL at uninvited participants, I can just imagine it! How are the boobenheimers going to cope with the bouncing do you think? YOu will have to graduate from a reinforced surgical bra to a super reinforced sports bra ROFL.
MP, great to hear from you! That's wonderful you got the job you wanted I'm sure little J will be fine soon enough, there has been so much change for him that it will probably take a while for him to settle and get used to his new routine.
I went and got my glasses today! they feel a bit weird though LOL, but sitting here now with them on at the computer is heaps better already. I didn't realise how blurry the screen looked till now Also went and saw Mums partner today too. Her Highness had a win and convinced him to change his name and I am beyond angry, but I can't dwell on it too much. They have given him one month on this new chemo and if the tests show that it isn't working for him then there is nothing more they can do for him unfortunately.
