Thanks Christy. Its hard though - there is so much going on with the body, and the flashbacks scare me sometimes. I still can't walk into our bathroom. I think night time will be OK, but during the day its scary.

My sister laboured with her second in the bath and has not been able to enjoy a bath nearly 3 years later.

It makes me think of a couple of people in the armed forces I know who were diagnosed with PTSD after Timor and Vietnam. Ha - try childbirth for a real trauma!!!
