Crying a bit in the first little while is quite normal (if anything is ever normal) from both bubs and mum! You girls are going so great with such new babies, please remember to give yourselves and your babies a chance to get to know each other as well as you getting used to looking after a little one.

Just trying to say please don't expect too much of your babies or yourselves at this stage. Look after yourselves and feel free to kick visitors out the house if you need your sleep!
