Hello to all the new mummy's. Hope your bubbas are behaving! Can't wait to join you all over here!

My baby's only ever liked those cheap happy baby dummies as well. But I had to buy them from the chemist as only the chemist has the newborn size where as they start from small at the supermarket. The small sized ones were too big for them.

Kristie - Can't believe you are having to go back to work already. Bring on the end of the year!!!

Linda - I love the photos on your www - You can tell she has a photographer for a mummy. I especially love the ones of Emma with daddy they are beautiful.

Bonnie - Can I suggest you use Marcalan for your cracked nipples. That stuff saved my life!! You can leave it on when you are feeding bub, it does not harm them in anyway and acts as a barrier while they are feeding.

I took this from there web site and you can get it from any chemist

How does Marcalan work?
By applying the principles of moist wound healing. When baby breastfeeds, the nipple is in a wet environment and the tissue absorbs moisture and swells. Rapid air drying causes irregular shrinkage and the resulting tension on the skin causes cracking. Marcalan provides a semi-occlusive barrier to slow evaporation of moisture already present in the skin, thereby eliminating further drying and cracking. It is absorbed into the nipple, so tissue is re-hydrated from within, and exposed nerve endings are returned to a more normal moist state. Exposed nerve endings are a source of pain. Research has revealed wounds heal 50% faster and without scabbing or crusting using moist wound healing techniques.
