    It is a cut in the muscle to force it to relax. Hence incontinence risk!

    Kelly, you sound like you might be quite anti-surgery for this - has the technique been around long? Do you (or others) know what the risks are for continence? And do you know much about the botox, mentioned by other posters above, and how that works?
