Rachel, if it's hormonal what hormonal changes have occured in your body before it started happening? Are you taking contraception? Was it after your period returned? Or are you still bfing? I have darker pigment spots on my arms because I am still bfing but my ob/gyn says that it'll go away when I stop. Not sure if that helps at all, but if it's hormonal surely there's something that can be done?

PS Don't be embarrassed, I have plenty of friends who are still suffering from incontinence issues almost two years after their child was born. We all know what our bodies do to us for the sake of kids!

Yeah, I do wear Skorts but when you're kicking and stepping etc they come up. I have got so many lovely gym clothes (I have an obsession!) that I can't wear. Just bought these lovely aqua skorts with the assistant swearing blind to me that the material doesn't show sweat - Lorna Jane should get me to test out their clothes because they bloody well do

I'll try the Driclor, thanks. I'll just be very careful.

I'm not bf'ing and i'm not taking any contraception. It was after my period returned because that was quite soon after Georgia was born. The thing is i'm not sweating anymore anywhere else and I wouldn't care about that if I was - it's all part of exercising, it's just the fact that I look loke i've peed myself and there is no way I am getting up on the stage to teach with everyone laughing at me
