I got it with Paige and while it was painful and uncomfortable, it didn't seem to affect the movement or dexterity of my hands that I noticed. It is possible that it has somehow tightened the mucles/ligaments. A friend of DH's who is a shearer suffered quite badly with it to the point that even when he had no pain, his movement was very limited in his hand and he had to have surgery to fix it, but I'm sure you won't fall into that category.

Have you tried seeing a Physio to get some exercises?

ETA - Paige was a winter baby and she was the only one I got it with LOL
