I agree with Rach.. I think you may have overdone it a bit.. I got this at 4 weeks after cus I went for a walk and I was pretty crampy for a few days afterwards.

I was also Bf and AF returned around 6-9 weeks.. can't remember now.. Good Luck at the GP
