UPDATE

I've been putting off seeing my OB. Tried to DTD a few other times but it was impossible. So I've finally made an appointment to see my OB in February (earliest I could get in). Also, I've left it so late now that I need to get a referral! So I have to see the GP now too.

Gosh this is all just awful.

At least I've taken the next step now...
