I figure I'm going to have excess skin and lots of wobbles post baby, so I want one of these.
I just bought one off ebay (a whole $10, yay) that was pegged as 23-33 inch waist. I thought this would be fine, but it arrived yesterday and my partner tried it on and it was loose - and he's 33 inch waist! I'm way smaller than him so its going to be useless on me.
Has anyone had one of these? If you would normally be a 26-28 inch waist, what size do you need to get? The smallest size they had listed on ebay still goes from 20-27 inches which kind of makes me think its going to be loose at 27 inches.
Is there something better than the elastic ones you can use to hold the wobbles in under your clothes? Muffin tops aren't a good look and with the last baby I had a muffin top that was just skin so I had to watch that I didn't wear tops that were too short or it would come out and say hi
Hi, I haven't had a bub yet but am going to buy the Loving Comfort post partum support online for after bubs is born. Either that one or the cinch belly belt as apparently they are really good? I like the idea of the Loving Comfort one because it heaps cheaper and I have the Loving Comfort maternity support now and I just love it! It really is comfy and I currently wear it all day! They do come in sizes though so am not sure what size to order either, maybe I will get a larger one for right after birth and a small one for when I loose some weight
I had a look at these the other day at Target. The target brand ones were around $20-30 and they also had another brand that was closer to $50. maybe go into target and try one on and if you can get it cheaper on ebay at least you will know what size!! They had one that was like underwear that went up to under your bra and one that was like bike shorts to pull in your bum as well. I also thought they would be good to cover your tummy when you need to pull your top up to BF!!
Funny thing is, right now the tummy is shrinking away happily and I've just managed to squeeze into some tight, high-waisted jeans that look pretty good
No muffin top yet, I tend to get that as pure skin after all the fat is gone. I've still got oodles of fat now ...
I think I'm going to have to wait until I am closer to my old size.
