I had to go to Bowen Therapy this week as I had neck problems, and told him about my sore butt, and he said I wasn't in alignment. Very common during pregnancy and birth. I think my problem happened during birth. I birthed on my back as the midwife had to move my cervix out of the way, and DD was born within minutes of doing that, so no time to get up.
Since going to Bowen Therapy, I've had a lot less pain down there. I can actually sit on the lounge without fear!

belinda - let us know how you go with the xray.

I think its really, really important to get adjusted by your chiro after you have bubs. Your spine has enough stress on it during pregnancy and the birth can really put you out.

I was adjusted within 2 weeks of giving birth everytime and it totally changed my pain factor, ability to breastfeed etc etc.
