I went to a naturopath not long ago for another issue and ended up losing nearly two kilos just from taking vitamins. Apparently some vitamins can help with sugar cravings. I was always looking for something sweet at nights. I eat wholegrain bread now instead of white and try and drink lots of water and no sweet drinks. Maybe that helps too. I just tried on my 'pre-baby' jeans and my muffin has definatley decreased! So, I would try a naturopath. She's given me stuff to help ttc too.
