Hi all,

Am new to this forum and would appreciate ANY advice. Pre baby I was 60 kilos, put on 22 when pregnant = 84 kilos. That was nearly 12 months ago. I am now hovering around the 65 - 67 kilo mark. Can someone please advise why is it so hard to get these last 5-7 kilos to go!! I exercise and eat well (low fat, low carb), drink loads of water etc etc and yet the scales just won't budge. Did anyone else have this problem? TIA
