Am new to this forum and would appreciate ANY advice. Pre baby I was 60 kilos, put on 22 when pregnant = 84 kilos. That was nearly 12 months ago. I am now hovering around the 65 - 67 kilo mark. Can someone please advise why is it so hard to get these last 5-7 kilos to go!! I exercise and eat well (low fat, low carb), drink loads of water etc etc and yet the scales just won't budge. Did anyone else have this problem? TIA
Sometimes you need to give your body a jolt out of its routine. try a different form of exercise maybe. Gee, I'm still trying to shift the last 10kg from my last pg!
Is it possible you have more muscle now? Muscle weighs more than fat so it's possible to be heavier even if you are the same size as you used to be. I know my arms are definitely more muscular just from carrying my daughter around [/i]
