I would say it's AF. If you were having a m/c you would definatley know it.
I was in terrible pain and the blood loss was very clotty and alot of it.
Hopefully your post baby af will continue with less pain than pre baby.
Oh, gosh - I appologise for the tmi.
This morning I went to the loo, wiped and there was blood. Just bright red, not AF dark red. There was no pain, no cramping, no lead up migrane that I normally (pre-baby) get before AF arrives. After wiping again, there was still more so I put on a liner. Later on, not long later tho, it was full and so I decided to use a tampon. After that time had passed, and removed it, it was full, but not red full. Just like a pinky colour. It's now 9pm and it's still the same. It's probably AF returning. If it is, I feel a bit ripped off, as I'm still bf - Jensen's only 3.5mths.
However, 1mth after Jensen was born, we dtd ( a few times!!), and although the hpt we did came back negative, you just never know sometimes. I know this is probably unlikely, but could it be a m/c bleed? The pg would only be around 6-8wks. How could you tell the difference?
I was a bit dizzy (I'm anaemic, so any blood loss makes me dizzy) and theres a little bit of a cramping pain, but I can barely notice it. I'm assuming its AF, but what are the differences in mc bleeds and the new AF? And which do you think this is? I don't really want to go to the dr and explain this to her, only to be told it's AF. How embarrasing. I also don't want to have a mc (no-one does) or have to go to the hosp for an infection or something because I thought it was AF. Any suggestions?
