Since I've put on 20kgs this pg, I'm really determined to lose that plus the extra I'm still carrying from DD, but I obviosuly don't want to do anything too soon. DH has said I can get a gym membership and I'm also going to do weightwatchers because you can do that while brestfeeding.

So when's the best time to start a diet and excerise program? I'm so unfit, as I didn't really get back in shape from my first pg, so will be starting slowly anyway. To begin with, I was thinknig that I'd just start with walking and then when bub is about 8weeks old, will look at the gym membership. DOes this sound like a good plan or is 8weeks too soon?

Also, whats a good weight loss while breastfeeding? Is 15kgs too much say between June and December, so 6 months?
