I think u can start exercising when ever your ready and feeling ok.
everyone copes after birth differently so u have to see how u go
I am going for a short walk with the pram each day , as i feel un fit and had a lot of pelvic problems during my pregnancy so i want to start slowly then work up to what i was doing before pregnancy walking for an hour a day every day plus other exercises .
ATM i am way to tired for anything major as it takes a lot out of u giving birth then looking after a new born i am still very very tired.
Weight watchers is a good idea or something of the like , mabe even something that provides u with food , so it makes it easier for u while caring for a new born u dont have to think about cooking etc.
breastfeeding will help u to lose weight as well.
But u dont want to push yourself to lose weight to soon, take time to start things slowly and spend time enjoying ur baby
There is no rish to lose the weight, i think there is to much pressure on woman to lose the baby weight to soon.
I just want to feel healthy and awake for my bub, so i am trying to eat better and going for walks to try and boost my energy levels so i can look after DD better
but in the end u have to do whats right for u, just dont push yourself , be ind to yourself it will happen
