Danni I guess they aren't lying but more trying to pep you up. I've always had back problems but for this PG it was the symphasis pubis that was making the most pain for me. I'm just wanting to know if it's come back for anyone else post PG
Caro thanks for the info.
I was seeing a physio for pilates based therapy once a week during my PG. It helps and makes my tummy muscles nice and strong.
