Hiit sounds like if you have a thyroid problem it could be underactive and be a type of hypothyroidism. This is quite a common problem and the outlook is good.
I have hyPERthyroidism, meaning my thyroid is overactive. I have a thread about it.
Both types make you feel very tired, so i know how you feel. The thyroid regulates a few bodily functions including your metabolism. If you are struggling to lose weight then that could be due to a thyroid problem. I think more people ought to have their thyroid levels tested if they are always feeling tired and have weight gain/loss issues. Symptoms can be mild and seemingly insignificant but it could mean a problem. Women are more frequently affected than men.
Let us know how you go! I hope you get some answers soon![]()
