I have the MIrena but it's more of a long-term option, not because it's not suitable - fertility seems to return to normal pretty much as soon as it's removed, but because i don't know if you'd have to pay for it and it might be a pretty expensive option for short term. From memory they're about 90GBP (it was free on the NHS i just happened to ask what they cost the NHS when i was getting mine fitted), so around $210 for you? This is very cost-effective over the 5 years they last but probably not for just a few months.

Withdrawal worked for 3 years for a friend of mine but i would be WAY to scaredy cat to rely on it. LOL.

The miniPill can reduce your milk supply at first so be prepared, get lots of rest, eat well and feed bubs often for the first week or so you take it to counteract any possible effects there.

There is a computer, the Persona Monitor, which you plug uine samples into so it can see when you're fertile and it tells you when it's safe to have sex. I used for nearly 3 years with great success. I'll PM you a link. It too is kind of expensive (the pee-sticks have to be bought every cycle) but from memory it's 94% effective and completely natural, and you can use it after the next bubs and for your remaining fertile years if you want.
