After a 26.5hour labour and delivering a 9pound 2oz baby I still cant stop the flow once it is started!. I have been to physio and swear by them ..they just let you know what you are doing right so you can make sure you are helping. I have no other issues so far ..touch wood ...so not to worried about the not being about to stop once started hehehe.
