3 and half months of bliss with no AF... I have heard that it can return if you go more than 4 hours without a BF or expressing?? That seemed true enough with me...
If that is true then that explains why I have AF 7 weeks after giving birth, my DD has been sleeping through every night for the past week, she sleeps 6-9 hours overnight, not that I mind and if that means I get AF then its a sacrifice I'm willing to make for sleep.

Noah was 11 months and still breastfeeding when I got AF back. Think I was the odd one out compared to friends that had babies around the same time. Stopped bfing at 13/14 months as we wanted to do IVF sooner rather than later.

I was expecting at least a couple more months without AF because DD2 is fully BF'd!! No fair, body!!
I got a script for the mini-pill yesterday but haven't even been to the chemist to get it!

Just got mine back today, 4 months, 3 weeks and 3 days after giving birth to my DD. I was not really expecting it so soon since she is still feeding (exclusively from the breast) every 2hrs during the day but since she usually has a 6-8hr stretch over-night I am not completely shocked.

Although, it has DF broaching the "so we can try for another now?" subject... ekk!!

I got gipped too. but it is probably because Leah goes longer than 4 hours between feeds overnight. AF arrived at 8 weeks.

Bubs was a little prem so jaw muscles underdeveloped. Milk supply was up and down (more down then up).
Was hoping it'd be longer. PMT so not cool when you have an anti-sleep reflux baby.

I had a similar experience, det. My period was also a lot lighter than usual and yep, no pain at all which is unusual for me. Hoping it keeps up this way!
