Ring you can do yourself but I found it uncomfortable I did have a mid prolapse at the time. Mini pill left me spotting constantly
Mirena? Diaphragm? Could you try a depot injection? I think it's every three months so if it doesn't suit you it's not as long as the Mirena or implanonon, although I guess those two can be removed if it gives you nasty side effects. Good luck
