Agnostic basically means you don't define your belief system by a specific deity or god, it doesn't have to be specific to christian god. And if you get technical there are such people known as agnostic pagans. Those who believe in the rituals and beliefs but refuse to designate that belief to any one diety (or 2 or 5)
