Re: naming him, even if your hubby isn't up for doing so, maybe you could give him a name in your own head? Even if it's just a nickname, it might help more than just saying "the baby" (I haven't had a loss myself, but my mum has had a few over the past couple of years, and I call each of them something different in my head when I "talk" to them)
