Bone broths are reputed to strengthen teeth. Just make a stock using the frame of a roast chicken or beef marrow bones with some veges, herbs pepper etc, strain it through a fine strainer or a sieve with a coffee filter in it then make it into soup or use it as the stock for risotto or any other recipe calling for stock. It is full of the minerals that bones and teeth are made of. Buying stock when making it yourself is so full of health benefits is nuts. You do need to cook it for a long time to ensure all the benefits. Slow cooking overnight is a good method. I read a blog a while ago written by a woman who keeps a slow cooker on with bone broth 24/7. She starts it each Monday and then just ladles it out all week as needed.
I buy the recaldent gum too. It's not really much more expensive than the gums at the supermarket.
