Maz that's awesome news about Tanks' legs!!!
The Speech is fixableIt can be worked on and improved!! And as you said you know it's all in there but he struggles to get it out
What did the paed say when you voiced about him being hypo? My first thought was maybe it's from his frustration of not being able to communicate?? Maybe this will improve as his speech improves?
Oh and anyways hun....he's in those terrible tanty two's.....

Speech therapy is nothing, you've done so well!

Maz you are an inspiration, you are such a wonderful mum, i am sure you are appreciated more than you will ever know!
Maz I can definitely see how others see you as inspiring- you are an amazing Mum and you do such an amazing job. Your kids are so lucky to have a mum like you.
Maz- You have so much strength and determination - really is inspiring .... hey I think that I am falling apart with dd who just wont sleep at night and a super active ds -
I have nothing to complain aboutxxxx
Maz you are wonderful. Such amazing and happy news about M's legs. What a little trooper. He is so lucky to have his family and his mumma caring about him so much. Like you said, it's great that it's happening now rather than later. It might not make you feel any better, but there are lots of kids who aren't special needs kids who need speech therapy too. You must be so proud of everything he's achieved and the look on the paeds face must have been priceless. Big hugs to u maz xxxx
We're not crazy... and yes - you ARE inspiring. If I'm having 'hard' day - I think of you and the goalposts move. Then I know that things aren't as bad as they seemed at first.
Not that you have an awful life or anything - but your 'bad' days are so completely unimaginable to me that it shifts my thinking.
We love you and you DO inspire us. Deal with it woman!![]()
M is an absolute champion. What number 'stick that medical profession' is this? You my dear Maz are the dictionary definition of INCREDIBLE. You know I luffs ya and I am dying to have enough $$ to meet you IRL.
Awwww Maz, I tried to post earlier today but it dropped out on me, but I do find you inspirational my sweet.
I'm so glad he doesn't need splints in his legs, and I know the speech thing is frustrating.... but you will get there and if speech is all he needs to work on, then woo hoo!!!
I went to speech today and was thinking how much better off we were than the family before us, whose 10 year old had 15 words. She was so frustrated, and he mother was asleep in the waiting room when we arrived... talk about exhausted. I thought, "geez, who am I to complain?" So I get you.
you can still inspire those around you.
