I take respite during school holidays so that I can do grocery shopping. I use Commonwealth Carers and they take Matilda to the park while I go to the shops. It means I can do it during the day and rest at night.... Its easy and helpful. Anyone can access it, and its not like you are taking off to the pub for an hour, and even if you were, it wouldn't be so bad
