I just need to remind myself that she knows what she is doing. I just have the MCHN voice in the back of my mind sometimes telling me that she needs to be on 3 meals a day - not helpful or correct I know.
You are answering your own question Sue, trust that gut feeling hun it is hard though in those early day when many others are 'eating' their 3 cups of much a day! DD showed interest in food at first then decided she didnt want any lol, from there she goes up and down in appetite and I can count on 2 hands the amount of times in her life I would have considered her a 'booby baby' at 6 months she would nibble on food and was having 5 bfs a day and never dipped below that 50% in weight, so these clever little poppets we have really do know what they need. I was sure she would starve to death You are doing a great job and once you get passed that initial 'fear' BLS really is so much easier!
