ive been wondering about this myself a little..

dd is Krystal, for the next bub, i like Zac or Kaylah

i worry that Krystal & Kaylah might be too similar both having 'K'..
I would think Krystal and Kaylah too close personaly. Carla might be better? I think two names with the same sylabals that start with the same letter are too similar for siblings. I agree with others that if the name has a similar feel to it, then it works.

I think to an extent yes they do have to match... I have Tiera (pronounced like Kira but with a T) so I wouldn't have another T ... My DH n his siblings are all J's.... Joshua, Jason and Jaimi hmmm not for me
Also I love the name Sienna, but would never have it as its too similar to Tiera (who name gets misprounced regularly, people often say T-air-a, so it just wouldn't work)!
This naming thing is a difficult business... espically when you've already got one!

    Good luck

I too think they should match..My daughter is Daniella and my next child would have to have a european souding name..for instance Jack would not go...

I agree with you. I think the nsames should ahve the same feel to them.

    I have
Evan, Glenn, Isla & Iain, they are all short, crisp sounding names all from the same region of the world.

It would just be weird if I had Evan, Glenn, Isla, Iain & Alaxander

I agree that they should go well together but not necessarily match eg. I have Genevieve so if we have another girl we wouldn't call her Susan for instance.

Im a believer that whatever you call your kids, it will go fine after a while!! I know with ALL of our friends, the kids name's roll off the tongue, and they all didn't plan that!!
My kids name's are Tilly and Coco and then next one doesn't sound right at this point (can't reveal at this point incase I know someone reading) but I do know it will become normal. Go with what you love xo
