I say May-cee, which is really the name Macy, rather than rhyming it with Daisy, which is kind of obvious really.

Well, my cousin is called felix and back home (Germany) we pronounce it Phae-liks. Because it has just one e and not too. The e is pronounced like the one in Phenomenon. You don't say fee-nomenon, do you? But then again, in English they constantly change the pronunciation of traditional names, so I guess you can really say what you want!Good Luck!
