My Nieces name is Darcie, and my sister has never had an issue with people asking if she was a boy or girl when she told them her name. She is as feminine as they come and I've never had an issue associating her name with being masculine...
I think that Darcy works fine for both and it can be as masculine as feminine.
I have a girl Darcie and no one has ever said 'oh that's a boys name' and I don't think that anyone would say the opposite to a boy Darcy. I changed the spelling to have it look more feminine, and it so suits her! (FWIW it means Dark haired.... Yep, she turned out blonde!!)
There are so many names which can be both.... Kelly, (Kelly slater is definitely not a girl!) for one.... And in reverse, Cameron (Diaz), Drew (Barrymore)..... You associate the name with the person they are, so if a boy... Boy name
I like Rhys from your list, it goes with your other names, and I'm definitely a fan of boy Darcy
