Raewyn is an actual name (not made up, in case you might have been wondering )

Rae was after my cousins Uncle Ray ... and Wyn was after her Greatgrandmother

I too like everyone else say YOU both should stick with WINTER ... if that's the name you like & love in your hearts

I really like Winter. Just like Nelle said, there is potential to be teased no matter what your name is. My name is Rebecca and at primary school there were 5 Rebecca's in the same class P-6 and we ALWAYS go teased. I say stick with Winter.

Stick with Winter if you really like it I think.

I knew a girl once whose daughter was Arowen (you could spell it Arowyn) - I believe it's Welsh.

I say stick with Winter if you love it! Better a name you love than one you like just so she *might* not get teased for her name.
