I think it's a great idea, we used one of my great grandma's middles names for DD1's middle name, i was VERY close with ehr and it meant a lot to me.

I think a name like Angela is cute, it's timeless really and will go with a lot, if your worried about how the family will feel can you use it as a middle name instead?

Personally I WOULD USE IT, this is YOUR BABY and you have to choose a name that has significance for you and not for anyone else.
