Agression in a 9 month old????

    HELP!

Over the past week my 9-month-old son has started to show signs of aggression. Last Thursday night I took him out of the car and accidentally knocked his head slightly, he then screamed (not a crying scream) pulled my hair, head butted me and then tried to bite my face! I shrugged it off until this morning when he did the same again when I accidentally scratched him changing his nappy. (I don't usually have this many accidents).
I'm in tears writing this. I'm so worried there is something wrong. I don't understand how a child so young can show such aggression and frustration. Maybe I have done something wrong? Until these two occasions he has always been so placid. He is always so content, he never cries and is always happy.

Any ideas or comments would be great!
    Thanx guys
    xx

Is there some sort of MCHN number that you can ring for over the phone advice? They might know more - it could just be a normal frustrated reaction because he can't express himself yet.

Mitch could throw a knockout Liverpool Kiss about the same age, maybe younger.
He was frustrated from a very early age due to colic, reflux, pain and lack of sleep.
From memory we tried not to react, held him in a position when burping to avoid being hurt (!)and he grew out of it.

He still sometimes headbutts now, always when he is frustrated.

    Sorry I cant really help....

I have no idea! Maybe he's frustrated? Is he teething? My 9mth old just went thru a biting phase. It didn't last long, maybe this wont either.
Sorry that sounds like a lot of maybes.
GL tho. Interested to hear how it goes.
