Nooo! The current guidelines are pick one and stick to it! I called NHS direct recently because DS had a really bad temp and they said if the paracetamol has no effect, wait 4 hours and go with neurofen then stick to that, don't double up the dose.

BUT believe it or not, that's recent guidelines, before it was OK! I shudder to think about the poor babies drugged up that much.
