I would get some help, Bek. I know a lot of people here are not into sleep school (possibly yourself included) but they wouldn't CC at this early age, they would just help out with suggestions for settling, and may help with a reflux diagnosis. A friend from MG took her boy (though he was older, prob about 5-6 months) to a day-stay sleep school and they told her he had reflux issues - she had no idea! She thought he was just unsettled.
I'm not trying to say your baby is a 'trouble' sleeper, only that sometimes it can be nice to have someone who isn't family to offer some advice, help and support.
In any case, I hope you find some help soon, and some rest. It sounds like you are doing marvellously - particularly when you must be so exhausted!
