Apparently having them done through a piercer is better than getting them done with the gun as there is less trauma to the area which results in a shorter healing period and I think it can be better for avoiding infections as there is little to no bruising unlike with a gun. I am planning to get Anelise's ears pierced through a local piercer. It is probably more expensive though.

after reading your post i rang and booked Milly in to get her ears peirced...i got Lucys done at 7 weeks but Milly just seems so much smaller Ive been putting off getting them done DH will take her in whilst go into the shop next door and buy her a teddy like i did for Lucy
