Fontanelle

DS is 14 months old and I can no longer feel his front fontanelle. Is it ok for it to be fully closed at this young age? I can remember DD's didn't close until she was closer to 2...

My DD's is almost closed now and she's only 8 1/2 months. I think it is a pretty individual thing...

Chelsea is 13 months and the MCHN said the other week its pretty much all closed....so i think its ok and normal!

As others have said they close at different times. 14 months is fine

Thanks for the reassurence! I feel better now that i know it's normal.
