Yes I can help!!!!!!!!!!!! DD who is 7 had something very similar last week. It scared me to death and first Dr had no idea. Went to my normal dr after who said "school sores". I have researched on web and it is also known as Impetigo. Not the prettiest thing At ALL but it is highly contagious and very easily spread in young kids. My mum said it was common when she was little. The Dr said it looks a whole lot worse than it is.
have a look on net at either of the above names, and see if it looks similar. The way it is spread is if they have a sore or scratch on their skin and then they scratch, it becomes infected. there's something we all have on our skin, but with kids dirty nails and scratches etc, it gets infected more easily with them. It's harmless too. xoxox
