I know how you are feeling, I have dd 3.5, dd almost 2 and ds 6 months. We have swimming, kinder and dancing to contend with and Ds also has reflux.
I have to get to bed no later than 10pm or I am zonked the next day. I make sure I have a good multi vitamin too.
I try and get the kids gear ready the night before so it's not so rushed in the mornings.
Dd2 only sleeps in the afternoon so I try to be home for her 2pm sleep. Luckily eveything fits around that.
I have to keep ontop of ds's reflux as when it gets bad keeping in routine is difficult like now when his meds needed to be increased.
I have had to learn to accept mess that's for sure!
It's a battle but when you see a smile, have a play on the floor it's worth it.
I am sure it will get easier for you, hopefully you can all settle into the routine soon.
